Violence
in the workplace has been a major problem in the United States for decades,
and now it is getting worse. It is the number one reason for death for
women. Number two for men. Workplace Violence, left unchecked, erodes
worker morale, disrupts productivity, damages corporate respectability
and image. Action Fighting Arts addresses all cogent Workplace Violence
issues in this unique, aggressive and comprehensive training program.
Managing Workplace Violence designed for those public
and private corporations most impacted by violence, including every
type of school, law enforcement related agencies, drug and alcohol rehabilitation
(residential and out-patient) programs, those agencies doing direct
business with the public (retail), and private corporations.

Management
of Workplace Violence, II:
This innovative and unique component of the program is the Non-Lethal
Subject Control and Self Defense Component. Component
II is a complete and separate part of the course and is available
on request only. MWPV II is designed to meet the demands
of violence in the workplace when that violence cannot be checked by
traditional means and includes a cluster of simple techniques designed
first and foremost to enable workers to Escape and Evade
dangerous situations and, in extreme situations, to weaken, stun, and,
when necessary, temporarily disable the violent perpetrator.
Management
of Workplace Violence I is a 4 to 6-hour course, dependent
upon the needs of the client.
Management
of Workplace Violence II is a 6-hour hands-on program. Both
components can be delivered separately or together, depending, of course,
on the needs of the agency. Cost is negotiable, dependent upon the number
of students, equipment needs, etc.
